Is a deposit required when placing a commission?
Yes, a 20% deposit is required on the placement of a commission. Once a deposit has been paid a slot will be booked on the waiting list. Balance is required to be paid in full before delivery.
Can I make monthly instalments?
Yes monthly payments are welcome for all paintings – wildlife & pet fromas little as £30 per month. Please contact us to arrange a personal payment pan.
What method of payment can I use?
Payment /instalments are welcome via PayPal, bank transfer or credit/debit card.
How long does a portrait take?
Depending on size, a portrait takes on average 4 to 8 weeks due to the nature of oils & their drying time. Please be aware that there is a waiting list in place & there may be an additional waiting time. If you require a portrait by a certain date please contact us as soon as possible to see whether there is a slot available.
